The road to Jophielia
The name Jophielia was born from two names that have been part of her life. Her current nickname, Joy, and her childhood nickname, Sophie. Together, they became Jophielia, a name inspired by the angel Jophiel, often associated with art, beauty, and wisdom.
But becoming Jophielia was never an overnight transformation. It took more than 17 years of learning, growing, and experiencing life, both inside and outside the entertainment industry. To become the person and artist she is today.
Many of the stories you will hear in her music come directly from real experiences. Her own journey, the people she has met, the relationships she has witnessed, and the moments that have shaped her along the way.
She turns those experiences into music, transforming memories, emotions, pain, love, and the lessons of life into stories that can be heard, felt, and remembered.
